Because Tasks writes into the same Living Library as every other app, the Conductor will already know what your team has finished, what is blocked, and who is responsible for what. That makes everything else more accurate, including your status reporting, since the answers are drawn from real work rather than someone's memory of it. Through Automations, a task can be created and assigned on its own in response to an event anywhere on the platform. A form gets submitted, a deal changes stage, a ticket comes in, and the follow-up task appears without anyone having to remember to add it.
