KILUMA KNOWLEDGE BASE
Coming in Release 3

Publish the knowledge your business stands behind, once, for everyone who needs it.

The deliberate step from internal knowledge to a public help center your customers can search for themselves.

What it will do

  • Articles as the unit of work, each with a title, body, category, owner, publication state, public web address, and version history.
  • Articles you draft fresh, or promote from the living documents your Living Library already maintains.
  • A public portal you configure with your own branding, domain, and navigation.
  • Visibility set per article: public, logged-in customers only, or internal.

One article, three audiences

A single published article will serve three audiences at once: customers reading your portal directly, the AI Support Agent citing it in automated answers, and Kiluma Guides embedding it as in-product help. You maintain the content in one place and use it in all three, rather than writing it three times.

On the authoring side, the Conductor helps you keep quality high as the library of articles grows. It surfaces gaps based on questions the AI Support Agent could not answer, points out articles that have gone out of date, suggests article structure from common support patterns, and drafts first versions from resolved Help Desk threads.
