What it will do
- Dashboards and reports that draw from every app in the platform.
- KPI tracking, so you define the metrics that matter most and watch them in one place.
- Cross-app analysis that surfaces patterns no single app can show on its own, like the link between email engagement and where contacts sit in their lifecycle, or between how often you post and the leads that come in.
- Threshold alerting, so a KPI crossing a line you set can start a notification or a downstream workflow.
How it fits the rest of Kiluma
The Conductor has been answering reporting questions on demand since your first day on the platform. Reports and Analytics formalizes and scales that. You can still ask the Conductor plain-language questions right here, such as “What changed this week?”, “Which campaigns are underperforming?”, or “Where are contacts dropping out of the funnel?”, and it will write summaries of what is trending, explain why a metric moved, and point out early indicators and unusual results worth a look. For many teams, asking the Conductor stays enough for a long time. Reports and Analytics is there for when the volume of data across the platform makes a dedicated view worth having.
It is worth being clear on how this differs from Status Reports. Status Reports captures and answers project status and stays focused on that job. Reports and Analytics is the broad, cross-portfolio view across everything the platform has gathered. The two work side by side.
