Guides is the one Kiluma app whose users are not your Kiluma team, they are your customers. The guides do not appear inside Kiluma. They appear inside your own product, delivered by a lightweight piece of JavaScript you install once. The people who see them have no Kiluma account and no awareness that Kiluma is behind the experience.
